Dil Junglee 2nd Day Box Office Collection

Newly released Bollywood movie ‘Dil Junglee’, which was released in India on 9th March this year, made a business of Rs 0.40 crore on 2nd day of its release. The Hindi language film, which features popular actress Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem in the lead roles, witnessed little growth in the theatre occupancy on Saturday and earned Rs 0.75 crore total box office collection in two days.

Featuring Ayesha Kaduskar, Abhilash Thapliyal, Srishti Shrivastava and Nidhi Singh in the lead cast, the Hindi film received mixed reviews from critics. Written and directed by renowned filmmaker Aleya Sen, the romantic comedy film witnessed 3-4% occupancy on first day of its release. Releasing on a limited number of screens in India, the Hindi movie registered a business of Rs 0.35 crore on opening day.

Produced under the banner ‘Pooja Entertainment’, the Bollywood film faced box office clash with adjacently released Hindi movies.¬†Bollywood movies ‘Hate Story 4’ and ‘3 Storeys’ released on 9th March 2018. The Hindi language films received comparatively more response in the cinema halls. After the box office clash with these newly released Bollywood movies, performance of ‘Dil Junglee’ film faced biggest impact on its business at box office.

Urvashi Rautela starrer latest Hindi movie witnessed more than 10% occupancy in the cinema halls on the opening day. The erotic thriller film recorded a business of Rs 3.76 crore on first day of its release. Directed by Vishal Pandya, the fourth installment in ‘Hate Story’ film series earned Rs 4.51 crore income on 2nd day of its release in India. Within two days, the Bollywood movie collected Rs 8.27 crore total income at Bollywood Box Office.

Another Hindi film ‘3 Storeys’, which was released on 9th March this year, received comparatively less response in the theatres. Featuring Pulkit Samrat, Richa Chadda and Sharman Joshi in the main roles, the Hindi language movie opened to decent occupancy in the cinema halls. The Bollywood movie earned Rs 0.35 crore income on first day of its release. On 2nd day, the Hindi language film collected Rs 0.45 crore and crossed Rs 0.80 crore mark at India’s box office. Latest box office numbers are awaited.
