Newly released Hindi movie ‘Modi Kaka Ka Gaon’ received average response from the audiences on first day of its release in India. Releasing on average number of screens across the globe, the latest drama film witnessed around 3-4% occupancy in the morning shows on opening day.
After taking a silent start to the box office journey, CA Suresh Jha’s latest Bollywood production experienced slight drop in the public response in the noon shows. Though the film went through several controversies before its release, it managed to attract a good number of audiences in the theatres.
Based on the life of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the new Hindi film performed comparatively well than the adjacently released Bollywood movies. Featuring Swarnim, Sarvagya, Vikas Mahante, Chandramani Mishra, Zeba Anjum, Phool Jha and Rohit Raj in leading roles, the drama movie continued to gain average response from the film-watchers in evening shows.
Produced under the banner of ‘Swarnim Global Services Pvt Ltd’, the latest Hindi movie earned around Rs 10 lakh on day 1. However, the film hasn’t managed to meet the filmmakers’ expectations. As per the analysis done by Trade analysts, the movie is expected to face growth in the total earnings by the first weekend. Latest box office figures are awaited.
