October Hindi Movie 2nd Day Box Office Collection Total Income Business Report : Latest multi-starrer Bollywood movie ‘October’ continued to witness average occupancy in Indian cinema halls on 2nd day of its release. Featuring Banita Sandhu, Varun Dhawan and Gitanjali Rao in the main cast, the romantic Hindi movie was released in India on 13th April 2018. In India, the Bollywood film was released on 1883 screens.

Releasing worldwide on more than 600 screens, the romantic Indian flick received poor response from the foreign audiences. Though the Hindi celluloid failed to make a huge business in the overseas market, it managed to gain a good response in domestic arena and raked in an amount of Rs 5.04 crore on first day of release. On 1st Friday, total box office collection earned by the film in overseas was reported to be Rs 0.5 crore.

Shoojit Sircar’s directorial faced box office clash with Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani starrer ‘Baaghi 2’ in India. Featuring versatile actor Randeep Hooda and Manoj Bajpayee in the leading roles, the second installment in ‘Baaghi’ film series earned Rs 148.43 crore total box office collection in two weeks. Performance of the action film is still good in Indian cinema halls and it is affecting the box office businesses of newly released Bollywood movies in India.

Varun Dhawan’s previous movie ‘Judwaa 2’ had showcased excellent performance at the box office on second day. Featuring Indian actresses Taapsee Pannu and Jacqueline Fernandez in the main roles, the Hindi language romantic comedy flick had earned Rs 20.55 crore on day 2. Within two days, the Bollywood movie had earned a total income of Rs 36.65 crore at India’s box office. Varun’s latest movie has exhibited comparatively poor performance at the box office. The film is expected to witness growth in its business in the weekend days.
