October 1st Monday Box Office Collection
October Hindi Movie 4th Day Box Office Collection Total Income Business Report : Gitanjali Rao starrer new Bollywood film ‘October’ has shown an excellent performance at the box office in three days. Directed by well-reputed filmmaker Shoojit Sircar, the romantic Hindi film earned a total amount of Rs 20.12 crore at box office in three days. Featuring Varun Dhawan and Banita Sandhu in the main roles, the new Hindi celluloid is expected to earn Rs 4 crore box office collection on day 4.
It would not surprising if the film witnesses decline in its earnings on Monday as it has already started getting a good response from the spectators. Though the Hindi film has failed to attract a big audience on first day of its release and ended up pocketing Rs 5.04 crore income on that day, it faced an unexpected hike in the public response on second day of release. The Bollywood offering registered a business of Rs 7.47 crore on 2nd day of its release in India.
The Hindi film showcased an excellent performance at the box office on 2nd day. After seeing the film’s performance on 1st day, many might have thought that the celluloid will fail to earn double digit income in two days. Proving all such assumptions wrong, the romantic flick managed to earn more than Rs 7.74 crore on 3rd day and successfully surpassed Rs 20 crore mark at the box office in 3 days. It will be quite interesting to see how much income the film earns at box office on 4th day of its release.
This is not the first time for Varun to play main role in a romantic movie. ‘Judwaa 2’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ are his films which were based on the similar kind of story which his latest movie narrates. There’s a little difference in the storyline but the previous films of him exhibited better performance at box office than his latest offering. Multi-starrer ‘Judwaa 2’ had earned Rs 18 crore on 4th day while ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ had minted Rs 12.08 crore on fourth day of its release in India.
